Here’s a tip: try to work on an exercise that works well for you. It won’t do you good if you try it once; it might take several times of constant repetition.
I really, really, reallyyy hate squats so I tried out something similar to it even if it doesn’t give the full benefit of doing squats. Wall sit or wall squat. It’s basically the same without the movement and it allows your back to rest.
Get something that will work for you and don’t be afraid to try.

FIRST CHECKPOINT: REACHED!! 54 days left until the next! I’m satisfied with what I did for the past 49 days. I don’t see much of a difference but I feel good so that’s a great sign that I’m getting somewhere, right? haha
I was really lax for this week. I didn’t get to do a lot but I tried to limit my sugar and salt intake so it was still pretty fair. Come on Julyyyy!!

3-58 days left! I have no idea why I look like this hahaha
I haven’t posted anything for the entirety of last week! I was out almost everyday but I’m proud I didn’t do anything stupid now that there are only a few days left before my first checkpoint!
The trouble on eating out is losing your focus and basically gobbling everything in sight. What we do is we opt for the healthiest choice there is if we can’t control our desire for food. You can’t really feel bad if you’re eating healthy food, right?
